Chef Competition 2019
Chefcom an intra collegiate competition was organized to celebrate International Chef’s Day in the college premises on 19th of October 2019, where 8 teams of students participated. The competition had various levels to choose the winner which included Food Tasting, Hygiene & Cleanliness, Plating and overall Presentation within a time limit of 3 hours. It was judged by a panel of 7 Judges including our college Academic Dean Dr. Pranay Tanwar.
Students participated with all their efforts and prepared various cuisines including Italian, Punjabi, Hyderabadi and Mughalia. Students got skilled to prepare the meals while maintaining hygiene, getting control on food waste and a tempting presentation on plates. It was a great learning platform to show their skills and to present themselves in their 1st Semester.
