Food Production conducted by BHMCT

Workshop on New Trends in Kitchen by Chef Anuj was organized by Department of Hotel Management on October 8th 2019. Chef Anuj designated as Sous Chef at Jaypee Resort Greater Noida, spent his valuable time educating students about the new and upcoming trends in a Kitchen in 5star Hotel. The BHMCT students his lecture in the college premises.

Chef then prepared a 3 Course meal having starter main course and dessert. Students got to learn and interact with an operational Chef. Students also initiated chef’s cutting chopping and plate presentation skills. The culinary workshop helped the students boost their interest towards Food Production Department.
