Events: Workshop On Millet

On the occasion of the International Year of Millets 2023, the Department of Hotel Management, Delhi Technical Campus, Greater Noida has organized a Workshop on Millet on 21st April 2023.
The workshop has enlightened students and faculties about Millet, its usage, and their nutritive value. It has also encouraged the usage of millet in daily meal diets.
The speaker of the session was Chef Sanket Kaplash, Assistant Professor, Department of Hotel Management, Delhi Technical Campus, Greater Noida. The session commenced with a discussion on millet and its importance followed by a demonstration of Ragi Muffin and Jowar Muffin.
