Self-learning or value-added courses are delivered to improve student’s learning and achievement and build their learning capacity. Along with improving professional skills and knowledge, confidence gets boosted, and it is reflected in the personality of our students. The life spent in college should be utilized for securing a promised career. The technology-driven education model is expected to revolutionize the landscape of learning and development in India and the global landscape, with pioneering outcomes on knowledge creation and transfer. The effective integration of technology, innovation, and value-based curriculum increases the students’ engagement along with the academic learning environment, encouraging critical thinking skills and problem-solving amongst the student community. Collaborative endeavours in conjunction with industry to design value-based curricula with the focus on bringing the results of cutting-edge research, innovative practicing skills, and knowledge in contemporary pedagogy and academic delivery progression. The process would encourage and involve learners in their educational journey and make them ready to face the challenges of the dynamic business environment.
At Delhi Technical Campus, particular emphasis is taken to deliver innovative value-added courses to enhance and update the students’ knowledge bank and improvethe faculty pedagogy style. Integration with multiple industry experts is done to enhance their placement opportunities along with getting them knowledge. Faculties are assigned at every process stage to assist and motivate the students. A local chapter of NPTEL is also built to ease the learning process. The faculty also plays a vital role in motivating the students to attend courses from Coursera and Udemy.
