International Women’s Day Celebration 2021

Delhi technical campus celebrated the International Women’s day on 8 March 2021 online due to covid 19.The institute is following all the necessary precautions in dealing with covid and for the safety of faculties and staff.

Fly committee is committed to celebrate the special occasions with all the members of DTC family and Women’s day is one of the most important celebration among all. Woman is a mother, a sister and  wife and these are the three important women in one’s life, who have not only made us a better person and supported us through thick and thin, but also taught that battles can be won by love, kindness and forgiveness-the essential elements of life that are much less known in men’s world. Women, irrespective of their positions and posts, are wonderful creation of God because you not only manage the office well but also ensure that every need of your house is met perfectly.

The event started with the wishes from chairperson ma’am Mrs Kiran Sahni, Director Sir Dr Ranjit Varma and Dean Academics ma’am Dr Pranay Tanwar. On this occasion, a celebrity speaker on YOGA AND HOW TO DEAL WITH STRESS was invited. Dr Archana Tiwari is a Seasoned Yoga trainer and practitioner with experience of 200+ hours. She gives yoga class training with specialization in ashtanga yoga principles.

She is a faculty for YOGA in DTU (formerly known as Delhi College of Engineering) since July 2020. On the occasion of womanhood, she portrayed a strong character of woman who is working dedicatedly to strive the nation to lead a happy life with fit body and healthy mind. In the end, faculties asked few questions and the speaker gave such wonderful tips to lead a happy day, happy work and happy life.
