The ‘School of Architecture at Delhi Technical Campus’, a young and ambitious department with a mission to create self-sufficient architects, is a wonderful place to start the journey of being an architect.

The department is focused on developing the inherent qualities of every student with great attention to their learning, enhancement, and progress graph. The faculties of the department with their diverse experience, expertise, and inclinations, are enthusiastically committed to creating the best professionals of the future.

To ensure that the students get the best exposure to the industry right from the first year, established professionals are engaged as visiting faculties in the design, construction, and drawing studios.

The School of Architecture is equipped with more than a sufficient number of studios, computer labs, classrooms, and tutorial rooms. A lot of the classes are held at construction sites as site visits. Students are also able to use the institute workshop and construction yard to carry out their construction experiments.

Many expert lectures are conducted under the ‘Le-Corbusier Lecture Series’ throughout the year by the School of Architecture so that students and teachers may stay abreast of the trends in the industry. Workshops that require a hands-on approach from students are regularly organized so that students learn to build things and experience the challenges encountered therein, firsthand.

Regularly organized software workshops keep students well-equipped to face the professional world with confidence.

The students of the department are very enterprising and dynamic and organize many events independently. The students are very proactive in cultural activities and participate in many intra and inter-college competitions. The best known of these competitions are of course organized by the National Association of Students of Architecture, better known as NASA.
