The Training and Skill Development Department at Delhi Technical Campus (DTC) is committed to enhancing students’ employability through continuous training programs focused on overall personality development and effective communication.

Comprehensive Training Program: LEAP (Learning and Employability Advancement Program)

The LEAP Training Module at DTC is strategically designed to address two critical areas: Aptitude Training and Soft Skills Training. Aptitude training is further categorized into Verbal Aptitude and Quantitative Aptitude, ensuring a holistic approach to skill development. This training is imparted across all undergraduate and postgraduate branches.

The Verbal Aptitude and Soft Skills module spans 40-60 hours, spread over four semesters (III, IV, V, and VI), ensuring gradual and consistent skill enhancement.

Soft skills are essential for fostering positive interpersonal relationships and creating a professional environment conducive to growth. These skills are highly valued by recruiters and are pivotal to career success.
